Privacy Policy
Almost There uses the information you submit to take payment, create your personalized video, and manage your order.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your email address, story and video preferences, consent confirmations, and the photos, voice recordings, music, and other references you choose to upload. If you submit a story suggestion, you may also provide an email address for a response. Creem processes payment; we receive order and payment status from Creem, but do not store full payment-card details.
How we use it
We use order information and uploaded materials to review, produce, deliver, and support your video; calculate the delivery estimate; prevent misuse; and keep records of payment and order status. Materials may be accessed by the production team and service providers needed to fulfil the order, including AI video or audio tools selected for production.
Storage and deletion
Order records and private reference files are stored using Cloudflare services. Unpaid, cancelled, or refunded-order uploads are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Source materials and delivered videos are scheduled for deletion 30 days after delivery. Story suggestion clips are removed after 180 days if still under review, 30 days after a decline, or 90 days after acceptance or publication. Basic order and suggestion records may be retained longer where needed for customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Sharing and security
We do not make your photos or videos public. We share the minimum information needed with Creem, Cloudflare, and production providers involved in fulfilling the order. We use private storage and access controls, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
Only upload materials you have permission to use. You can ask us about access or deletion by emailing hello@almostthere.cc. Some order records may need to be retained where the law requires it.

存储与删除
订单记录和私密参考文件存储在 Cloudflare 服务中。未付款、已取消或已退款订单的上传素材计划在 24 小时内删除；源素材和已交付视频计划在交付 30 天后删除。故事建议视频如在审核中超过 180 天、未采纳超过 30 天，或采纳/发布超过 90 天，会被删除。为客户支持、会计、反欺诈或履行法律义务，基础订单和建议记录可能保留更长时间。
共享与安全
我们不会公开你的照片或视频。我们只会向履行订单所需的 Creem、Cloudflare 及制作服务商提供必要信息。我们使用私有存储和访问控制，但任何在线服务都无法承诺绝对安全。

请仅上传你有权使用的素材。如需查询或删除信息，请发送邮件至 hello@almostthere.cc。法律要求保留的部分订单记录可能无法提前删除。
