Terms of Service
These terms apply when you order a personalized video from Almost There. Review the selected story, price, and delivery estimate before paying.
What you receive
Each paid order is for one personalized, AI-assisted video based on the story reference and the choices you submit. The finished video is usually close to the reference length, with an expected variation of about two seconds. Current prices are $29 for references up to 30 seconds, $49 for 31–60 seconds, and $69 for 61–90 seconds. Longer videos require a custom quote. Output resolution is currently 480p.
Delivery estimates
The estimated delivery date is calculated from the paid production queue and shown in your order confirmation. Our planning capacity is 40 orders per 24-hour delivery band; estimates may change if production conditions change. The private order page shows your status and estimated delivery date. Keep the private link shown after checkout to return to it.
Photos, voices, music, and references
You must have permission to submit and use each person’s likeness, voice, and any reference material. Do not submit intimate or sexual content, content involving minors, or material intended to impersonate, harass, or mislead someone. You are responsible for rights to music and other copyrighted material. A song title or uploaded track may be used as a creative reference; its inclusion in the finished video depends on applicable rights.
AI-assisted production
AI-assisted video generation can vary from the reference and may contain visual or audio errors. A selected reference guides the production; it does not guarantee an exact recreation or an exact likeness. We review orders before production and may decline material that cannot be used safely or lawfully.
Payment, changes, and refunds
Payment is processed by Creem. Your order enters the paid production queue after payment is confirmed. If you need help with an order, use the private order link or the contact channel shown in your payment confirmation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

你会收到什么
每笔已付款订单包含一支根据所选故事参考和提交内容制作的 AI 辅助定制视频。成片时长通常接近参考片，预计前后误差约 2 秒。目前价格为：参考片长不超过 30 秒，29 美元；31–60 秒，49 美元；61–90 秒，69 美元。超过 90 秒需要单独报价。目前输出分辨率为 480P。
预计交付时间
预计交付日期根据已付款制作队列计算，并在订单确认页展示。当前按每 24 小时档期 40 个订单安排；如制作情况发生变化，预计日期也可能调整。订单专属页面会显示最新状态和预计交付日期。请保存付款后显示的专属链接，方便再次查看。
照片、声音、音乐和参考素材
你必须获得许可后，才能提交和使用他人的肖像、声音及参考素材。不得提交亲密或色情内容、涉及未成年人的内容，或用于冒充、骚扰、误导他人的素材。你有责任确认音乐及其他受版权保护素材的使用权。歌曲名或上传的歌曲可以作为创作参考；能否将其放入成片取决于相关授权。
AI 辅助制作
AI 视频生成效果会有差异，可能与参考片不完全一致，也可能出现画面或声音错误。参考片用于指导制作，不代表承诺完全复刻或保证肖像效果。制作前我们会审核订单；对于无法安全或合法使用的素材，我们可能无法制作。
付款、修改与退款
付款由 Creem 处理。付款确认后，订单才会进入已付款制作队列。如需订单协助，请使用专属订单链接或付款确认中提供的联系渠道。本条款不影响适用消费者法律赋予且不可放弃的权利。
